We try to be plain about money. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no auto-upgrades.

Does the helper pay anything?keyboard_arrow_down

Never. The helper-side app is always free, on every plan. We charge the family or the household manager — never the worker.

What counts as "one helper" on the Free plan?keyboard_arrow_down

One person on the helper side, regardless of role. If your cook also runs school pickups, that’s still one helper. The moment you invite a second helper (e.g. a separate maid), you’ll be prompted to start a Pro trial.

Can I switch between monthly and annual later?keyboard_arrow_down

Yes. You can switch at any renewal, or pro-rate immediately if you want to lock in the annual rate. Refund for unused months is automatic if you cancel within 30 days of starting a yearly plan.

What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?keyboard_arrow_down

You’ll have 30 days to export records or remove extra helpers. After that, we’ll keep your home record as-is in read-only — you can re-upgrade anytime to restore full access. Helpers don’t lose anything; their side keeps working.

Is there a refund policy?keyboard_arrow_down

Cancel within the first 14 days of a paid subscription and we refund in full, no questions. After that, monthly plans cancel at the next cycle; annual plans pro-rate refund for unused months.

What payment methods do you accept?keyboard_arrow_down

UPI, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), and net banking. We don’t store card details ourselves — that runs through Razorpay.

Will pricing change later?keyboard_arrow_down

If we raise prices in future, anyone already on a paid plan keeps their current rate for at least 24 months. We’ll always notify you 30 days before any change.
