Help with the app
Stuck on setup, missing a feature, salary calculation looks off — anything support-shaped.
support@helpertrack.appWhether you’re stuck on setup, have an idea, or just want to say hello — write to us below. One of us reads it, one of us replies. No bots, no tickets, no queues.
Routing to the right person is the fastest way to get a useful answer.

We’re a small team scattered across India. Most days we ship from kitchen tables, balconies, and the occasional café. We meet on Zoom, gather in person twice a year, and stay close to the households we’re building for — because we’re running ours too.
If your question is here, you'll get an answer faster from the linked page than from us.
Helpers see their own day on their own app — what’s planned, what they logged, what they’re owed. They don’t see other helpers’ pay, family contacts outside their role, or live location. We built the helper view first specifically so it never feels like a tracker.
You can export every record — attendance, pay, notes — as a spreadsheet, any time. If you delete your home, all associated records are removed within 30 days. We never sell data or run ads.
Free to download and use during launch, for both families and helpers. Core attendance and pay tracking will always have a free option for one helper.
A smartphone is enough — HelperTrack invites work over a phone number, no email required. Designed to run on low-bandwidth connections.
Available in English and हिंदी. Your helper picks their preferred language independently of the household manager.
Often the quickest way to know if it fits — five minutes, one helper, no commitment.
